Jane Austen's beloved comedy about finding your equal and earning your happy ending, is reimagined in this. Handsome, clever, and rich, Emma Woodhouse is a restless queen bee without rivals in her sleepy little town. In this glittering satire of social class and the pain of growing up, Emma must adventure through misguided matches and romantic missteps to find the love that has been there all along.

Come and watch this blockbuster in the comfort of the King Edward Hall and other local residents for our very popular film showing.

Tickets can be reserved by calling 01444 483 431 and speaking to Jennie. Payment will be taken on the door and we are strictly limiting capacity to 50 seats, so please don't reserve seats if you are unsure of attending.

King Edward Hall

Update 26th December 2020

Coronavirus

Due to the current national lockdown in England we regret that King Edward Hall is
required to close from Tuesday 5 th January 2021 until further notice.
Guidance permits continued support towards our local nursery group and the Hall is
also able to consider offering help to essential voluntary activities and urgent
support groups during this period of time.

It is hoped that it will not be too long before we can look forward to reopening more
fully but, in the meantime, the staff and members of the Management Committee
would like to send their best wishes for 2021.
